Joseph Costa, Ph.D., is founder and Dean of The Institute of Thought in San Diego, California, a state licensed school for transpersonal hypnotherapy training and self-help classes. He is the author of "Primal Legacy: Thinking for the 21st Century", a writing on the thinking systems of the planet, soul and human being. He is also the orginator of the 15th Step Process — a training teaching how to communicate with inner world beings.

Dr. Costa mentors in the areas related to consciousness studies, hypnotherapy, regression, altered states and phenomena. His doctorate was in transpersonal psychology and is on the board of directors of the International Association for Regression Research and Therapies, Inc.
